RETURNS
Customers who wish to return merchandise due to dissatisfaction may do so within 5 business days of receiving their orders. Items must be in their original packaging and currently offered on our website. Returns of discontinued, closeout, damaged items, or partial returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee applies.

SHORTAGES
Claims for shortages must include a delivery receipt signed by the driver. Please provide a list of missing items and quantities along with a photo, emailed to sales@cityofrosesdistributorsllc.com. The same process applies for damage claims.

In the event of a shipping shortage, we offer a refund for the purchase price or a credit toward future purchases. Missing items will not be reshipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Customers must inspect and count merchandise upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies, such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons, must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Reporting Claims
Notify your sales representative within 2 business days of delivery. Submit a fax or email with item numbers, quantities, and a brief explanation. Claims may be referred to the freight carrier for review.

Claim Requirements
Claims typically take 2 to 3 weeks to process and must include a detailed description, a copy of the invoice with item numbers circled, and the delivery receipt showing discrepancies. For damaged or defective items, please provide photos or samples to expedite resolution. Each claim is evaluated individually.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped via trucking. After your first order and account setup, a representative will contact you regarding shipping fees. Trucking quotes are estimates based on order weight and pallet count. Transit times vary by shipping destination. All orders ship from our distribution center.
